How this website uses data
This website provides wedding information and manages attendance replies. The form processes names, contact details, attendance and information selected for the celebration, such as companions and children, events, meals, allergies, accommodation, transport or free-text messages. The questions shown and required depend on the current form configuration.
Sessions and saved preferences
The public response form uses a protected HttpOnly session cookie so that a reply can later be edited only from its associated session. The current cookie lasts 30 days; older invitation sessions may use a two-hour cookie. The language is saved in browser local storage under wedding.lang. Administration uses a separate Supabase login with a persisted session. An email address alone does not grant access to a reply.
Technical providers
The website is hosted on Vercel. Supabase provides the database, administration authentication and uploaded gallery files. Resend handles transactional response confirmations when delivery is enabled and configured. This description does not guarantee any particular storage location, contractual terms or legal assurances.
Retention and requests
Cookie lifetime is not a deletion deadline for saved replies. The owner must define and publish the responsible contact, retention rules and other legal details. Withdrawing an image from the gallery does not recall copies already downloaded or previously public.
